You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To cancel, please notify us by email at info@gmhouse.co.uk including your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetics unless the item is faulty or damaged.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty.
3. How to Return
Email info@gmhouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Send the items securely packaged to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@gmhouse.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
(Optional) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
