Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with relevant shipping and tracking details.

United Kingdom (via Royal Mail):

Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Delivery) – Β£2.99

Free on orders over Β£50

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days

Royal Mail 1st Class (Express Delivery) – Β£4.49

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days


International Shipping:

We offer international delivery using Royal Mail International services.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Europe – from Β£8.99

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

USA & Canada – from Β£11.99

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

Rest of the World – from Β£13.99

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days


Alternative Couriers:

For international orders, customers may request shipment via an alternative courier. Please contact us at info@gmhouse.co.uk before placing your order to arrange this. Additional charges may apply.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country. G.M House is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.


4. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please note that some Royal Mail services do not include tracking by default unless selected at checkout.


5. Delays, Lost or Undelivered Parcels

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions or customs clearance.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a few extra days before contacting us.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
